Terms and Conditions - TENAVISION STUDIOS

By making a reservation at Tenavision Studios, the client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and payments

  • All reservations must be paid in full to be confirmed.
  • Once payment is received, Tenavision Studios will send the official reservation confirmation.
  • No space will be reserved without the corresponding payment.

2.⁠ ⁠Punctuality

  • Clients are advised to arrive between 10 and 15 minutes before their reserved time.
  • The contracted time begins exactly at the scheduled time, regardless of the client's arrival time.
  • If the client arrives late, the lost time will not be made up, extended, or refunded.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations, changes, and refunds

  • All bookings are final.
  • No refunds are issued once the reservation is confirmed.
  • Reservations cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or transferred to another date or time.
  • In the event that the client decides not to attend, they will forfeit the reserved time and the amount paid.

4.⁠ ⁠Equipment Use

  • All recording, lighting, audio, camera, microphone, and other technical equipment is for the exclusive use of Tenavision Studios authorized personnel.
  • Clients, guests, or external vendors are not permitted to handle any technical equipment.
  • Only producers, technicians, and operators authorized by Tenavision Studios are permitted to operate the equipment.

5.⁠ ⁠Delivery of Material

  • The recorded material will be delivered via a WeTransfer link.
  • The link will remain available for a maximum of 7 calendar days.
  • It is the client's responsibility to download and back up the material within that period.
  • Once the deadline has passed, Tenavision Studios is not responsible for the expiration of the link nor is it obligated to resend the material.

6.⁠ ⁠Use of Facilities

  • Clients must make proper and responsible use of all facilities.
  • Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the client, who must assume the corresponding cost of repair or replacement.
  • It is not permitted to move equipment, modify the studio setup, or alter the layout without authorization from Tenavision Studios personnel.

7.⁠ ⁠Conference Room

  • The use of the Conference Room has a cost of US$100.00 per hour.
  • The reservation is subject to availability and must be paid in advance to be confirmed.
  • The contracted time begins at the scheduled hour and ends upon the expiration of the reserved period.
  • If the client arrives late, the lost time will not be extended nor refunded.
  • The same punctuality, cancellation, change, and refund policies established for studio reservations apply.

8.⁠ ⁠Liability

  • Tenavision Studios is not responsible for the loss, damage, or misplacement of personal items left within the facilities.
  • Each client is responsible for their belongings while staying at the studio.

9.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of the Terms

  • By making the reservation payment, the client fully accepts these terms and conditions and commits to complying with the operating rules of Tenavision Studios.
